These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Appevo website (appevo.us), the mobile applications published by Appevo, LLC ("Appevo", "we", "us"), including Tvmate: Simple Cast, and our advertising services. The Appevo name, logo, apps, website content, and all related materials are the property of Appevo, LLC and its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any rights to you. App icons, trademarks, and content within our published apps may not be used without our prior written permission.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Features such as screen casting depend on the capabilities of your devices and local network.
